This page explains how to permanently delete your Jai Club account and all data associated with it. Jai Club is a free-to-play colour and number game published by Jai Club.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
If you cannot access the app, email support@jclublottery.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include your username. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Your account record, username, email address, date of birth, login credentials, virtual coin balance, bonus history, and complete game play history are all permanently deleted. Nothing is retained after deletion.
Jai Club does not collect location data, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
